If you’re passionate about your topic and videoing yourself on camera is new for you, you’re going to feel nervous. It’s a good thing.

Nervous energy is a plus… My advice is don’t resist it. When we push against our nerves, it actually makes it 10 times worse because we’re creating more resistance in the process.

Challenge the fear that you feel and breathe it through: In for 4, hold for 2, out for 4.

Expect to feel nervous and you’ll be ready for it!
